• A credit card is required at the time 

of booking to hold spa service reservations.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to 

your scheduled appointment.

• We kindly ask all clients to silence your cell phone to ensure a tranquil experience for everyone.

• We kindly ask all clients to sit quietly while waiting for your  appointment to start.

• There is a three day cancellation/

rescheduling policy.  Failure to 

cancel/reschedule services within

this time frame will result in a 50%

service fee unless we are able to fill the space. Same day cancellations/no shows will be charged 100%.  Our therapists work independently and must be compensated for their time as per their contracts. 

• If you would like to request a specific

technician, please do so at time of booking.

• Guests that arrive late will be 

charged full treatment price.

• Missed weekend and holiday appointments will be charged in full.
