Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. You will be filling out a short intake form that includes questions about your general health history, allergies, preferences, concerns, and more.
Your privacy is always respected.
There is a restroom available at all times for your convenience and comfort.
Parking is always free for our guests!
Late Arrival
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled time. Arriving late to your scheduled appointment will result in a shortened service. Payment will not be prorated for shortened sessions due to your late arrival time. If you know you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please call immediately so we can try to rearrange things on our end. We cannot guarantee this, however.
Deposits
All sessions require a $20 deposit. The full price of services may be charged upon booking for weekends/ holidays/ groups. The remaining balance is due at the time of checkout.
Cancellations & No Shows
You must give at least 72 hours notice cancellation to avoid being charged the full amount of your booked session. This ensures that we have enough time to fill your spot and avoid loss of income. Our massage therapists/estheticians are independent contractors and as per their contracts, once we reserve their time they are to be paid in full. We understand that emergencies do happen and make every effort to fill cancellations with someone from our waiting list. When you provide your credit card number to reserve the therapist’s time, you are agreeing to the terms of our cancellation policy. Thank you for your courtesy.
No shows will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service.
Refunds
You are eligible for a refund (except our $10 processing fee, which is non-refundable), as long as you cancel your service in the timeframe specified (at least 72 hours prior to your session start time).
For session cancellations after this time as well as no shows, refunds will not be given.
Code of Conduct
You must agree to the following:
- you will never arrive to your session under the influence of any drug or alcohol.
- you will honor your scheduled session time and do your best to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and be fully present.
- you will contact our spa immediately if you know you will be late.
- you will be truthful & communicate with your therapist about what is and is not working for you within the session.
- you will pay the deposit at the time of booking and pay the remaining balance due upon completion of service.
- you understand and agree that missed services will be charged in full.
- you will not make inappropriate comments, innuendos, off-color jokes or otherwise hint at or solicit any sort of sexual encounter via text, email, over the phone or in person, period. If you do, the session will be terminated immediately, you will be required to leave the premises, and you will be banned from the spa. There is a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.
Pregnant Clients
Please inform us at the time of scheduling that you are pregnant. This is required information for our therapists, so they can ensure that your special comfort is prioritized, and that we avoid any possible contraindicated services/positions, etc that may put you or your pregnancy at risk. Thank you.
Gratuities
A 20% gratuity is already included in the listed price of services. This goes directly to your service providers in addition to their higher-than-industry average commissions.
There are no hidden fees or extra charges. Our knowledgable, experienced therapists work extremely hard to make sure your experience is exceptional. Please feel free to give them extra compensation if you enjoyed your services.

We don't rush through sessions to cram customers in. You will be treated with respect and care from the moment you step through our door. It's a privilege to serve you, and our goal is to earn your trust and repeated business.
Courtesy
• We kindly ask all clients to silence cell phones to ensure a tranquil experience for everyone.
• We kindly ask all clients to sit quietly while waiting for your appointment to start. Please respect the serenity of other guests in session.
Preferred Practitioners
If you would like to request a specific
technician, please do so at time of booking.
Male/Female therapist request cannot be accommodated after you have arrived, so be sure to let us know your preference at the time of booking.
Holidays
Weekend and holiday appointments may be charged in full at the time of booking due to limited availability and high demand.
Children
For the comfort of other guests we do not allow children under the age of 12 years old.
Fox Place Spa and its therapists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if it is deemed that person is behaving in an unsafe or otherwise inappropriate manner.
